Tim Glover is an independent filmmaker born in Augusta, Georgia and based in Atlanta, Georgia. Glover dropped out of college a year and a half into his studies in 2010 to pursue a growing passion for filmmaking, initially working as a freelance video editor while teaching himself the craft by producing several of his own short films. His early shorts, ranging from experimental documentaries to thrillers and science fiction dramas, have been screened at the Atlanta Film Festival, Raw Science Fiction Festival, and the California Film Awards, among others. Beginning in 2018, Glover began securing work as working camera operator, production assistant, and VFX assistant on several big budget studio features, including Avengers: Endgame (2019), Chaos Walking (2021), Jungle Cruise (2021), The Suicide Squad (2021), Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), Megalopolis (2024), and Superman (2025).
Beginning in 2020, Glover began work on what would become his first feature-length project, Alex & MOR: A Love Odyssey, an ambitious science-fiction romance about a couple who attempt to reconnect after being unstuck in time. Completing a 90-page screenplay in 2022, Glover shot a two-minute proof of concept, which gave him the confidence to complete the project over the next several years despite it not being picked up by producers. Using minimal crew (no more than eight people on set at any time) and small, guerilla-style set-ups, production on Alex & MOR wrapped in 2025 and the film debuted at the Phoenix Film Festival in April 2026.
The Tim Glover Collection gathers production materials and digital copies of films from Glover's filmmaking career. Included are copies of his short films N-Touch (2016), Out of Here (2017), Cantil (2018), To Live & Die in San Diego (2018), Otherside (2025), and The Maritime Lover (2026). The bulk of the collection focuses on the production and release of Glover's first feature, Alex & MOR: A Love Odyssey, such as a draft screenplay, shot lists and storyboards, on-set photographs, posters, trailers, scrapbooks and notebooks, and props used in the finished film. The Alex & MOR materials also include artist statements and magazine profiles of Glover, detailing his creative methods and philosophy up through 2026.
